IDISD CONCLUDED YEARLY FREE ACADEMIC PROGRAMME FOR TEENAGERS DURING HOLIDAY

MULTITUDE OF STUDENTS FROM PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS BENEFITED FROM IDISD FREE SUMMER LESSON Students writing exams    Students listening to lecture On Saturday, 7 th September, 2019, Impact Driven Initiative for Sustainable Development (IDISD) free summer lesson came to an end with award and prize giving ceremony for students and volunteers. The Lesson which commenced on 5 th August, 2019 engaged about one hundred (100) students from fifteen (15) different schools in Kwara state and one (1) school from Kebbi State. The president of the BOT, Dr. Oladele Salaudeen Hanafi, ably represented by the Executive Director of IDISD, Mr. Olanrewaju Rabiu Hanafi delivered the opening remark. My father is the annoying kind of Scrabble player who takes hours with his turn and then plays deliberately misspelled words that no one has the heart to call him out on .  Bennett Madison The final match Fourteen students made up of six males and eight females from eleven schools in Kwara state qualified for the Scrabble championship after winning a spelling-bee challenge among the students that participated in IDISD Summer Lesson programme. The championship which was played at Pakata LGEA School, Ilorin ended on the 8 th of September, 2019 after the final match and prize presentation.
